This usually would mean that your home would sell quickly. If you were really lucky the buyers would wave inspection, appraisal, would pay cash for the home. But we live in the real world and to have the perfect situation is rare. So how do you find the best time to sell? The only time you know when prices have peaked is after the fact. There is so much involved in selling your home. It is more than a numbers game. There are the personal circumstances, timing around your life. Once that is all sorted out you need time to get your home ready for sale. The way that we live in our homes is not the way that we should sell our home.
