Loveland

Living in Loveland ColoradoAlso known as the “Sweetheart City” and the “Gateway to the Rockies”, Loveland sits just at the base of the foothills about an hour East of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. It is near the intersection of I-25 and Highway 34 providing ease of access for commuters no matter where they are headed. Loveland has a population around 76,000 people it is about half the size of Fort Collins but with a similar elevation and climate. Loveland is home to a variety of shopping from its smaller specialty stores in the old town district to the variety of big box stores at Centerra including the new and absolutely massive Scheels outdoor store. Loveland is known for its art with a variety of installations such as sculpture parks and museums. The Budweiser events center is also home to the Colorado Eagles minor league hockey team and presents many other events such as concerts year round. Loveland is a great place to call home.
